Communicating complicated environments to improve collaborative relationships.

An appreciation for things that appear complicated, and a desire to understand and learn from others, has allowed me to perform well where trades in the field need to communicate. A respect for others and the skills they bring to the table allows for effective communication when details appear difficult.
