• Maintained a collaborative relationship with construction team while maintaining original design intent.

• Reviewed and processed change orders

• Lead multi-discipline reviews over all phases of the project and was responsible for presenting final decisions for approval by executive committee

• Organized, reviewed, and responded to all project; CCD / ASI / RFI / Submittals / Permit revisions

• Managed corrections and resolutions while representing the landlord in TI contract disputes

• Compliance enforcement coordination with envelope engineer and roofing sub-contractor review and curtain wall supplier for entire exterior skin
