• Lead multi-discipline reviews over all phases of the project and was responsible for presenting final decisions for approval by executive committee

• Organized, reviewed, and responded to all project; CCD / ASI / RFI / Submittals / Permit revisions

• Managed corrections and resolutions while representing the landlord in TI contract disputes

• Cross coordination of MEP trades between shell and TI permits including Curtain wall systems

• Provided project punch for finishes, envelope, and functionality review for 231 separate units
